Providing account data (name, email, phone number) is required to use the Service. If you do not provide this data, we cannot create your account. All other data marked "optional" above is voluntary.
We do not sell personal data. We share personal data only with:
Contact sharing with an organizer is optional and separate from your Revo email and push-notification preferences. It is not required to join an activity, buy or hold a ticket, or keep a waitlist place.
Before you grant permission, the Service identifies the organizer scope and explains the intended purpose and data categories. If you grant permission, an authorized manager for that organizer scope may include the following in a reviewed export or external CRM sync:
The permitted purpose is future event invitations and organizer marketing. The organizer may process an exported copy outside the Service, including in its own CRM, and is responsible for explaining its own use and retention of that copy and for handling requests concerning it. Revo records the permission and reviewed export or sync activity so that access can be audited.
You can withdraw this permission at any time from the same activity interface. Withdrawal stops future contact exports and sync from Revo for that organizer scope and does not affect your activity access, ticket, or waitlist place. It does not affect processing that lawfully occurred before withdrawal. A copy already exported and controlled by an organizer may not be deleted automatically by Revo; you may contact that organizer or us to request deletion or assistance.
We host and process data in the European Union (Frankfurt). If personal data is transferred outside your jurisdiction, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved mechanisms to protect your data.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. Account and profile data are kept until you delete your account. Transaction and payout records may be retained as required by law. Identity verification documents are retained until verification is completed and then deleted within 30 days. Offsite payment proofs are retained for up to 180 days after the payment is confirmed or the dispute window closes. Organizer contact-permission evidence and export or sync audit records are kept only as long as needed to demonstrate and secure the relevant processing and meet legal obligations. An organizer that controls an exported copy determines its own retention under its privacy obligations. We anonymise or delete data when it is no longer required.
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16, and we delete such information if we learn that a child has provided it.
